There is a copy of the order form in the League Info section which will have an option for a composite background or plain black available. When completing your order form please circle which package option you are choosing to ensure there are no mix-ups.

 

Payment and completed order forms are required on picture day and payment can be made in cash or via EMT to susanmariephotonl@gmail.com (for EMT use hockey as the password).

 

As in previous years, Susan will offer to split the black background package amongst siblings if you wish. This means that both children will have to be present at the same time and your 3 poses will consist of an individual image of each child and one image of both children together. If you wish to avail of this option you do not need to select the sibling image add-on.
